Executive & Marketing Administrator

A rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO of one of the fastest-growing wealth firms in Texas. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves making things happen.

About the Role

This hybrid role blends executive support with client experience and marketing execution. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure things don’t slip through the cracks — from email and calendar management to client follow-up, internal coordination, and marketing support.

You’ll Work On:

  • Managing the CEO’s email and calendar

  • Following up on key tasks and driving execution

  • Supporting client experience initiatives

  • Assisting with internal projects, communications, and light marketing tasks

  • Vendor coordination and occasional office ops assistance

What We're Looking For

We’re not looking for average. We need someone who’s sharp, structured, tech-savvy, and obsessed with making things happen. You’ll be in the room, supporting high-level strategy — and expected to hold your own.

You're a Fit If You:

✅ Have experience supporting a CEO, founder, or exec team
✅ Are highly organized, responsive, and calm under pressure
✅ Communicate clearly — both written and verbal
✅ Take initiative and follow through relentlessly
✅ Have exposure to marketing tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Socials
✅ Care about delivering a top-tier client experience

Compensation & Details

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary
Status: Full-time, salaried
Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site)
Start Date: ASAP
