WHO WE WANT
The ideal candidate will be process oriented, have an eye for detail and work with a sense of urgency. Ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a high teamwork, low drama culture is a must.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Review and process insurance and investment new business in an efficient manner
Track all pending applications/pending transactions
Update database to reflect account status regarding account service or new business
Provide daily updates to team members on client business that is in pending status
Follow up on pending business/service work with the appropriate companies
Resolve any issues related to new accounts, transfers, or amendments
Complete and process client service work
Update and maintain accurate client records
Receive incoming service calls and emails in a professional manner, making sure each client/prospect is provided the full client experience
Assist Advisors with pre-appointment preparation based on review of the Advisor's calendar for the upcoming week
Organize and oversee special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks
WHAT YOU NEED
Minimum one year of work experience in an office environment
Lifelong learner, continuously learning more and becoming more advanced
Detail-oriented, creative problem solver with an ability to prioritize work and negotiate conflict
Highly motivated and deadline driven
Holds self and others accountable for ensuring that results are achieved
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office / Excel / Word / Adobe / PowerPoint
College degree preferred
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary in the range of $32k - $38k based on experience, 401(k) plus employer contributions, health, vision, dental, disability and life benefits, a potential for career growth, and a great working environment.
